Adjunctive Machines of Oil Press

Most oil pressing machine manufacturers not only supply oil press machine, they also provide accessorial machines for oil press such as seed sheller, fryer and seed screener.

Seed sheller is first accessorial machine for oil press, this machine is used to separate the kernels from shells of shelled oil materials. For some oil materials, shelling is a very important procedure, whether the shelling is cleaned completely will affect the quality of the oil. The workers put raw material into dehuller, the raw material will fall into wide veins bar firstly, the shell will be broken by the rubbing from running veins bat and fixed bar concave bat, second, the peanut kernel and shell will fall into bar net, then into the air flue, the shell will be cleaned out of the machine by wind, the peanut kernel and some small size peanut with shell will fall into the specific gravity selecting sieve, through filtrating, the peanut kernels will be sent out from exit, the small size peanut with shell will be sent into thin veins bar for second shelling by conveyer, all of the peanut will be shelled finally. This machine is well designed and it will break the peanut kernels. This seed sheller is not ony suitable for shelling the peanut /groundnut, separate the peanut into seeds and hull completely, also is suitable for peeling cotton seeds, tea seeds, it is widely used.

Fryer is another accessorial machine for oil press, fry is also an important procedure of oil pressing, the oil materials should be dried before pressed to make its water content not more than 12%, it is the important link of improving oil yield efficiency, the commonly used method is first wet the oil materials, then dry the oil materials by fryer, make the water content and temperature of oil materials meet the technical requirements. This fryer is also called as electric cooker, it fries the seeds before pressing to increase the oil output after pressing, it is an electric fryer with small capacity. It is of simple structure, easy to install and operate, after fried, the oil materials water content is up to the standard and of high yield efficiency.



Seed screener is also an accessorial machine for oil press, the oil extraction machine should be selected before being pressed, make its miscellaneous quality is not more than 0.5%, considering it as dispensable, most of the user ignore the pretreatment process of essential selecting the oil material. Actually it counts that oil materials not through select or select well, dust can jam the machine, sand will speed up the wear parts, it will have influence to oil press normal work even shorten service life of the squeezer pressing bar and discharging mouth. For example oil materials mix in a hard particle such as stone or metal, will immediately damage the squeezer.
